Add oats to a food processor and pulse until fine.
Add dates and pulse until finely chopped and form a sticky ball.
Add almond butter and process until combined. Add more oats if mixture is too oily.
Scoop out dough by the tablespoon and roll into balls.
Place on a cookie sheet and stick in the freezer for a few minutes.
Combine chocolate chips with cocnut oil and melt mixture.
Remove balls from freezer and dip into the melted chocolate and roll until completely covered.
Roll the balls in the crushed hazelnuts until covered.
Store in fridge until ready to eat.
