Nut and Seed Granola

Quick and easy granola that you can eat with yogurt, fruit, or by itself.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts/almonds
  • 1/2 cup good quality tahini or creamy almond butter
  • 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • MIx all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • Add in seed butter and mix until evely distributed
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven for 10 minutes on 375°F
  • Take baking sheet out of the oven and flip the chunks of granola over. Bake for another 5 minutes
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
