Nut and Seed Granola
Quick and easy granola that you can eat with yogurt, fruit, or by itself.

- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup crushed walnuts/almonds
- 1/2 cup good quality tahini or creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- pinch of salt
MIx all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add in seed butter and mix until evely distributed
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread mixture evenly onto baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes on 375°F
Take baking sheet out of the oven and flip the chunks of granola over. Bake for another 5 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
