  • Pot with Lid

Materials

  • 1 qt Water
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Blue Lotus Flower OR Butterfly Pea Flower
  • 1/4 tsp Culinary-grade Lavendar
  • 1 White Tea Bag
  • 1-2 Lemon Peel

Instructions

  • Bring water to a simmer in pot (not boiling).
  • Remove from heat and add flowers. Steep for 4-5 minutes. Quickly strain to remove flowers
  • Add tea bag and let steep for 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bag and add mixture to an ice-filled mixer. Add sweetener and stir until cool.
  • Serve in glass with ice and lemon peel.
